Andre Machielsen, dubbed Father Christmas by Andrew Drummond, loses Master Safety Enterprises
Many Pattaya Chonburi Thailand readers have written to us that the infamous Father Christmas has closed his Master Safety Enterprises business that was operating part time on Pattaya Tai Road from a small office.
Apparently there were no takers at the $350,000 (12 million baht) asking price for his rented office, "good name"and customer list of those who had not already fired him for poor service.Business dried up after many customers stopped using his sporadic security service of monitoring alarms and installations of CCTV systems and burglar alarms all ended when locals realized Andre was buying all of his supplies from local Tuk Com IT Center and marking up the hardware by 500%.
As Machielsen bragged about his Thai citizenship some people realized he had gone off the rails. Andre is not and can not be Thai because of several factors we won't go into here. But he is Dutch.

Andre Machielsen has been charged with serious drug charges and has been blacklisted from the USA and many other countries, Andrew Drummond lost a criminal libel case against 2 Pattaya businessmen and investigations are currently underway to reveal the full extent of Thor's criminal past, that is extensive, and will be revealed in time to the Thai authorities in preparation for he and his wife's deportation.

DeleteOoops, sorry, I have no proof whatsoever, and I now understand Andre has a document from his government that he has a clean record. This document was requested by the Thai Royal Police, direct to the Dutch government in order to be approved for Thai Residency, which was subsequently approved. I don't have the guts, but anyone may contact Mr. Andre direct, he will show you these documents gladly.

North Carolina, USA, writes 28. May 2003 in an email:

but bogus credentials.
According to legal documents, he has been caught in
numerous lies and has admitted using an alias (false
name) to cover his whereabouts. Lawyers in California
- still seeking civil penalties against him say they
are trying to track him down.
Earlier this month, Mr. Noyes announced plans for a $
175 million resort complex and marina near Snows Cut.

Mr. Noyes has not paid back, as he agreed in September
1994, $ 80,000 he used as start-up costs for a
Carolina Beach development, according to a Florida
investor.
Dr. H. K. Terry, a retired dentist and president of
Wycliffe Corporation, said this week that his company
lent Mr. Noyes the money. Mr. Noyes was supposed to
pay it back, with 22 percent interest, by January. The
company has not received anything, Dr. Terry said this
week.
Mr. Noyes said Thursday that Dr. Terry had granted his
company an extension. Dr. Terry said he had done
nothing of the sort. In fact, he said, the company
recently turned down a request for an extension and
wrote a letter threatening a lawsuit.
Mr. Noyes is accused of selling 75 shares of bogus
stock to a California man for $ 25,000. He was sued,
and a judge ordered him to repay, according to an
attorney. Mr. Noyes denies it. Shortly after the 1991
deal, he vanished, and none of the money was used for
investment, said Ronald Morrison, a Santa Ana,
California, attorney who handled the case. In 1993, a
judge ordered Mr. Noyes, who had never surfaced, to

an exclusive prep school in New Hampshire; Duke
University; and the Harvard Graduate School of
Business Administration. It claims he graduated with a
journalism degree from Duke University, though Duke
doesn’t offer such a degree. Officials at all three schools say no one with his
name attended their institution, and in his 1993
deposition, he admitted making it up. Many of the job listings on the resume are also
questionable.
it claims he was the “director of operations” at the World’s Fair in Knoxville,
Tennessee, and that he “negotiated
pavilion contracts, developed and implemented
operations program for a smooth and successful fair.”
In same sworn testimony, he admitted that he was
merely a volunteer there to gain experience. The
pavilion reference on the resume is actually a
reference to work he did helping a friend get a booth
at the fair to sell ribs, according to the documents.
Yet even today, Mr. Noyes still claims he “helped to bring the 1982 World’s Fair
to Knoxville, Tennessee.”
The resume also says Mr. Noyes spent four years, from
1983 to 1987, working for an investment firm. He later
admitted that for three of those years, he was in
school and did not have a job “of substance.”
In the 1993 deposition, he claimed that senior brokers
at Monex asked him to lie on his resume. He could not
remember the brokers’ names.
Mr. Noyes said he never wrote the resume. He
said one of his enemies at Monex wrote it to damage
him. According to legal documents from Orange County,
California, Mr. Noyes was accused in 1993 of
threatening to fire a co-worker because she would not
have sex with him.
A lawsuit accuses him of locking the door to the
office the two shared and threatening to slice the
woman’s hours unless she gave him “a little taste.”
Nine days later, the document allege, Mr. Noyes
demanded oral sex. When the woman refused, the lawsuit
claims, Mr. Noyes first cut the woman’s hours and
eventually fired her.
“As a condition of employment, she was required to
have sex with him,” said Gary Kurtz, a California
attorney representing the woman. “She refused, and he
fired her. Mr. Kurtz says Mr. Noyes disappeared a short time
after the woman was fired. The attorney says he has
not been able to track him down, though the woman is
still seeking money damages.
Mr. Noyes denies the allegations, and says he was
forced to fire the woman because he discovered that
she had an extensive criminal history. “She started
trying to extort from the company and from me,” he
said. An Editor of a local newspaper in Carolina Beach,
North Carolina writes in an email on 29. May 2003:

Drew Noyes was recently cleared of all charges and it was proven in court that Andre Machielsen is a bare faced liar. Andre Machielsen was forced to apologise and eat humble pie. He will likely be charged for filing a false report and wasting the precious time of the Royal Thai police.

They are working closely together and he is being credited with many new cases from Chiang Mai to Surat Tani mainly concerned with crimes involving foreigners. He has been so busy concentrating on these crimes he has not had time to take care of matters of libel from a small group of idiots in Pattaya who are attempting to hurt his business and thatof many other good people.

He fits the typical profile, These people use their position to gain the trust of poor children and their parents, handing out gifts, but his motives soon became apparent. All the old staff have been owed salaries for months and aalarms that go off are not being monitered by anyone. What happened was that her family decided to get a bit greedy and started asking for more and more money.They threatened to go to the police in an attempt to EXTORT him.
This is where they went wrong. Drew explained that he knew the police and proved it. It backfired on them and in the end they fled with nothing. Drew was never charged with anything.
And all this nonsense about the Extortion of the beauty clinic is overblown. Drew was trying to recoup money that people had lost by using the fake products the clinic was fraudulently using on customers. Most customers were tourists and by the time they realized they had been conned it was too late, as they were already back in the home countries. Drew agreed not to publish this in the Pattaya Times, not to protect the clinic, but to protect the image of Pattaya and the majority of the similar clinics who use genuine products. I can CONFIRM the charges will be dropped and the clinic owners will be duly charged with among other things administering a poison and fraud.
Similar story with his fraud charges, I can't reveal too much yet, but Drew will not be convicted and charges will be made against the complainants for filing a false police report.

ReplyDeleteIt seems that Mr. Andre and his company are around for a long time without any negative accusations whatsoever, only after he sued Mr. Drew Noyes for slander that fake bad news was anonymously spread over the internet. This court case is not concluded at all, an appeals court action is undertaken to right the wrong. By the way, Mr. Drew Noyes was never cleared of this slander, it is only the judges (paid) opinion that it not affected Mr. Andre and therefor dismissed.
When digging into the history of Mr. Drew Noyes, it becomes apparent that he has a very criminal record, starting at a young age in the US. In order to escape the closing net he fled to Thailand where he did what he does well, being a fraudster. His self written credential are worthy of a Oscar if there was any for lying that is.

I have known Drew for years. In Pattaya he is an untouchable. He is best friends with the Mayor, indeed he invited me to the the Mayors house for the Mayors birthday. When I asked him if it would not be a bit rude turning up without an invitation, Drew said that it would be normally, but because they are so close it really would be 'mai pen rye'. Unfortunatly I had to fly out that morning so I couldn't go.
At the setup of the Thoglor Clinic 'arrest' Drew was having dinner with the top policeman of consumer protection in Thailand. I know who I believe in court, a foreigner scamming tourists or the head of the police. This set up by a journalist in Bangkok who is friwnds of the clinics owner will end up badly for those involved.
The mayor and his family often go to Drews house for get togethers.
Drew is bullet proof in Thailand and has contacts in government and is also good friends with the Kings advisor, Kun Kanit. He also has the ear of the American Ambassador to Thailand and often goes to Bangkok for private get togethers. His recently expanded business is booming and was opened by a Minister of the Thai government.

In 2004 during the Avian Flu outbreak in Asia the international press reported Thailand had numerous outbreaks of the chicken flu and inbound international tourist canceled their vacations to Thailand by the tens of thousands. The governor of Chonburi, Governor Piset, called on Drew Noyes then Managing Director of P.A.P.P.A. (Pattaya Advertising, Promotion & Publishing Alliance) Co., Ltd. for help. They organized a media event and invited all the major international press who came to watch Drew Noyes and 57 foreigners from 14 different countries attend a banquet with the governor, other Provincial governors and Thai government officials from all over Thailand. The meal consisted of six different chicken dishes. Everyone had second helpings of the delicious Thai cuisine. Drew Noyes was interviewed as the then leader of the Pattaya City Expats Club and told the world that “Bird Flu” comes from mishandling dead chickens and unless you plan to go upcountry and kill chickens and handle them then you have nothing to worry about and you should come to the Land of Smiles: Thailand. The video aired worldwide and international tourism numbers increased dramatically thanks to the fair-handed international press and the efforts of Governor Piset, Drew Noyes and all of those in attendance.
Water Shortage Scare of 2005
When the Chinese government halted tourism to Thailand in 2005 due to a Hong Kong TV exposé report on dirty water in two hotels in Pattaya Drew Noyes was summoned by government officials to “put out this fire.” Within 17 hours Drew Noyes and his crew from PAPPA Co., Ltd. shot and edited a wide screen, DVD and had it on a Thai government airplane to the Hong Kong TV station. The five minute video showed interviews with Chinese guests staying at the hotels in question and clean water flowing from hotel bathroom sinks. The Chinese hotel guests in Pattaya contradicted the negative report and said that the water shortage was a five-hour fluke and water was plentiful and clean in the hotels now. The Chinese government immediately lifted the travel ban to Thailand.
Recently, an article in Thailand's Pattaya Today newspaper named Drew Noyes "A True American Entrepreneur." Drew Noyes is the editor of a rival newspaper, the Pattaya Times, the largest newspaper in Pattaya.

Thais, Phillipinos, Chinese, Taiwanese were amongst the most common. They arrived on 3 month holiday visas, but they certainly were not holidaying, being forced to work 18 hours a day.
Their passports were taken from them the moment they arrived. Their first few days were spent 'in training'. This involved the women being taken to Hanks' Narre Warren house to be 'broken in ' by Hanks and a drug dealer friend Stevo and sometimes many others.
They were subjected to what can only be described as depraved torture. The woman were repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted with guns inserted orally, anally and vaginally. Stevo injected them with herion which was sourced from Chiang Mai, with a gun pointed at their heads if they were not compliant.
Stevo was not a user himself but was a steroid junkie and an occaional user of amphetamines.
Stevo and Hanks were masters of special holds and torture that wouldn't leave bruises or break any bones but caused the girls extreme pain if they didn't comply to Hanks' demands. After being held like this for up to an hour at a time, the girls would usually do whatever Hanks required of them. They were also hog tied for days at a time for 'discipline'.
Part of the deal for them to be transported to Australia was that Hanks' assistants in Thailand etc would know where their families lived and use death threats against the families.
After being broken in they were either given more herion or injected with the drug ice depending on what Hanks thought they would be most productive using. Often they were given ice at the start of their shifts and herion or morphine at the end to help them sleep and releave the pain after servicing up to 30 customers in a shift.
The women were under constant watch and were never let out of site. Food was brought in and Hanks over charged them for this and their accomodation that was the room the worked in. The women quikly became addicts, and not knowing anybody, were forced to buy from Stevo who always administerd or had one of his lackies to administer the drugs. Of course the girls were over charged for this which resulted in them never actually being paid in cash and the debt to Hanks never being reduced. Hanks would also cut their supply and force them into cold turkey if they played up. If the women were found to have cash on them they would be tortured.
On occasions a customer would supply them and if caught out, the women would be subjected to torture and threats to her children and/or parents. All women were to perform anal sex and condoms were optional for customers. If they fell pregnant an in house doctor was called in and the women were also charged for this service. At least 3 women committed suicide at Masquarades. If the customers complained that the service was provided wasn't satisfactory or the women were not happy and smiling they would be tortured.Needless to say , Hanks made a fortune. The women would earn him a minimum of 3,000 dollars a day each and he would spend less than $150 a day feeding them food and drugs.

Around 5 years ago I was nearly conned by Drew Noyes. What saved me a lot of money was he insisted on taking me to a bar that was in the Jomtien complex.
